Grape Harvest
The grapes were hand-picked from carefully selected vineyard plots, characterised by sandy soil interspersed with stone and limestone, with a south-eastern exposure. Harvesting took place in the second half of October, when the grapes reached a sugar content of 230 g/L.
Winemaking
The grapes were destemmed without crushing and loaded into maceration tanks, where the maceration and fermentation processes were carefully monitored over 12 days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in Romanian oak barrels for a minimum of six months.
