A well-known national product from Satu Mare, BRAN Pear Brandy (Palinca pere) has become a family tradition. Distilled in large copper stills, in keeping with tradition, the distillery use plump apricots to create a refined drink with therapeutic benefits for both body and soul. The sweet flavour of the variety they use to make the Pear Brandy a traditional Romanian product, certified by the Ministry of Agriculture and a traditional Romanian product that is appreciated around the world.
