A reinterpretation of gin in the form of a juniper liqueur with a 100% Romanian, Transylvanian imprint from the Bran family, based on double-distilled apples (apple palinca/palinka). The juniper is clearly and harmoniously present, while the fruity notes of apple, grapefruit, mandarin and an infusion of parsley root complement the drink perfectly. It is excellent served over ice, with tonic water and a slice of lime or grapefruit. It can also be enjoyed with all kinds of flavoured tonics, lemonade or cranberry juice.
Aromatic profile: resinous, pine needles and resin, citrus (lemon peel), mountain herbs, pink pepper with a clean, tonic and soft sweetness finish.
