For three generations, Bran Distilleries have grown prime apricot trees on their land in the heart of Transylvania. The fruit they harvest gives the fresh, late-summer flavour of BRAN Apricot Liqueur (Caisata). After washing the apricots in pure spring water, they sweeten them and leave them to macerate in cool cellars. This produces a smooth, mellow liqueur.
