Focused heavily on the art of barrel aging, they released this rare single barrel edition with only 660 bottles in existence. The careful brewing process delivers an exceptional dark ale where the heavy roasted malt foundation naturally meets the elegant influence of aged wood.
Pouring it into your glass reveals an impenetrable black liquid topped with a delicate dark foam. As you bring it closer, you will smell sweet aromas of raisins and dark molasses coming from the Pedro Ximenez barrel, beautifully intertwined with the distinct character of smoked lapsang souchong tea.
