The beans are sourced from the Finca Ethiopia farm in the Apaneca region of El Salvador, a producer known for preserving local forests while cultivating exceptional coffee.
Upon pouring, you will notice a dark, viscous appearance with a dense, creamy head. The coffee undergoes an experimental carbonic maceration process, where the harvested coffee cherries are placed in a sealed vessel infused with CO2 to encourage unique intracellular fermentation.
