he beans are sourced from the Finca Ethiopia farm in the Apaneca region of El Salvador, a producer known for preserving local forests while cultivating exceptional coffee.
Upon pouring, you will notice a dark, viscous appearance with a dense, creamy head. The coffee undergoes an experimental carbonic maceration process, where the harvested coffee cherries are placed in a sealed vessel infused with CO2 to encourage unique intracellular fermentation.
This rigorous method grants full control over the acidity and sugar profiles, resulting in a corpolent body that highlights deep dark chocolate, exotic fruit and rich roasted undertones. With an ABV of 11%, the Imperial Stout delivers a complex, velvety finish that lingers on the palate.
