Valentine's Day cocktails

Hers:

• 60 to 100ml of your choice of bubbly
• strawberry jam
• 1/2 of lime 
• 5 fresh strawberries

Crush the strawberries until you get a purée. Then mix it with a spoon of strawberry jam and freshly squeeze lime juice. Pass the mix through a sieve and add the sparkling wine. Decorate with a strawberry. 

His:

• 60ml vodka
• 100ml apple juice
• one spoon of pickled water from a pickles jar

Mix the ingredients and add more apple juice if needed. Add a cornichon as decoration.

Don't forget to kiss before you enjoy the drinks.
