Cloudy apple with Carpathian Whisky

Ingredients for 4 servings: 

- 500ml apple juice

- 250ml Romanian whisky

- 250ml ginger beer

- slices of apple, red pepper, cinnamon roll, rosemary, sugar and ground cinnamon for the decor   

Instructions:

Prepare the glasses by rimming them with a slice of lemon. Mix the sugar with the ground cinnamon and roll the glass through the mixture. Place 2-3 ice cubes in the glasses. Pour the apple juice and the whisky in a 1L jug and stir nicely. Pour the content into the glasses but make sure you leave some room for the ginger beer.

Garnish the glasses with the rest of the ingredients.
